“Sa Vidya Tanmatiryaya”

The Emblem of Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalay signifies ‘Jagadguru Shri Kripaluji Maharaj’, the patron of the institute.


The emblem itself depicts the importance of education according to the Vedic Scriptures. The words ‘Sa Vidya Tanmatiryaya’ gives a complete message from Jagadguru Kripalu Ji Maharaj regarding education. India has always been at the highest seat of learning because of its spiritual treasure in the form of the Vedas. Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj is the very image of this wisdom and His picture in the emblem represents the same. Moreover, it is due to his infinite grace that this Institute not only exists but also provides the best facilities, amenities and education possible.

The motto of KMM - “Sa Vidya Tanmatiryaya”is a verse from the Holy Hindu Scripture - Bhagwat. It is the 49th verse, of the 29th chapter, of the 4th part of the Bhagwat. It means “True knowledge alone leads to devotion to God”.

Mission

The mission of Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalay (KMM) is to educate young girls living in an atmosphere averse to educating girls. KMM provides them with an all-girls environment to ensure comfort, safety and security for their holistic development. Students at KMM are provided with the opportunity to achieve excellence and develop their creative, social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth. Furthermore, students are provided with a learning environment that guides them to become responsible citizens and life-long learners, who appreciate and respect the richness and diversity of cultures, people and the interdependence  nations, and at the same time teaches them to stand up as confident and determined women with the ability to face and fight situations created by society in which women are unappreciated & even exploited.
